Description
Should I put it in the fridge or the freezer? On the cupboard or the kitchen table? Sometimes, when we buy food, we don't put too much attention to the way in which our food is stored. However, a few simple tips will make a huge difference. Throwing food away is pretty sad; our food goes a long way and requires a lot of energy to get to our table. By preventing food wastage, we can help the environment as well as save money. In this workshop, you will learn how to use humidity, temperature, and light in your favor as well as choosing the right packaging. Also, we will discuss the basics of food storage and segregation to increase their shelf life at home.
