DescriptionTwo sessions a week are geared to improve individual basketball skills in passing, shooting, dribbling, rebounding, and defense. Sessions are held twice a week, each session is 1.5 hour long. The first one hour are practical sessions for individual skills improvement; the next 30 minutes are devoted to basketball court games. The course is suitable both for men and women. Women are welcome and have priority in registration. Experienced KAUST HSC trainers (both male and female) will be leading the exercises: Miguel Robles and Jan Renee Patterson.
