2 courses (1.5h each) The courses will be delivered by John Archer. Topics include the common targets for biologically active small molecules, including enzymes, receptors, and nucleic acids; the discovery, design, and optimization of synthetic molecules; the mechanisms of action for synthetic molecules and natural products; the properties of small molecules that affect adsorption, metabolism, and toxicity.
