Yasser Joharji
Eng. Yasser Joharji is the CEO of Al-Nahdi Medical Company. He holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia. He has extensive experience spanning more than 20 years in the field of management. He joined Nahdi Medical Company in September 2014, as Chief Executive Officer. He had spent 20 years at Unilever, one of the largest multinational companies in the world, where he held several important positions. He worked as a General Manager at Unilever Saudi Arabia from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, he served as the company’s General Manager of FMCG, personal care and household products, where his responsibilities focused on strategic planning in order to accelerate growth and the development of commercial potentials from 2003 to 2008. From 1998 to 2003, he served as a Brand Manager in, being responsible for a considerable growth in the percentage of Unilever’s sales. Before joining Unilever, he served as a Senior Brand Manager at Savola, one of the largest food companies in the Middle East, from 1993-1998. In addition to his eclectic career, he is also an advocate of public affairs. He is an active member of Kadijah hint Khuwaylid Centre, a group that supports women’s interests and issues. He is also a member of a Knowledge Group that supports family guidance, and many other important organizations in the social responsibility field.
