This workshop focuses on different wellness dimensions, explores how the dimensions are connected, and explains the importance of balance.
Wellness is a way of life oriented toward optimal health and wellbeing in which body, mind, and spirit are integrated - connected purposefully to live life more fully. In times like these, we must stay connected to ourselves, tune in, be more self-aware, know our values, goals, and what’s important for ourselves to practice self-care.
