Yoga for All is a yoga class designed for anyone keen on moving and stretching during the WEP season. We will connect to our breathing and primarily be working on asanas or postures to open our chests, stretch our legs, and get the blood flowing.
The objective is to move and feel connected to our body, learning to isolate specific muscles to support the movement and recognize our capacity to move.
Melissa L. Manuel
Melissa is a 500 hour registered yoga instructor who specializes in developing and delivering yoga teacher training programs for new and experienced instructors. Along with teaching yoga, Melissa is also a gymnastics, fitness, and acrobatics instructor who has trained, performed, and taught worldwide with companies such as Ecole Nationale du Cirque in Montreal and Beijing International Arts School. With over 10 years in the health and fitness industry, Melissa aims to create a supportive and engaging environment that allows students to learn about movement for longevity and life-long health
