Learning objectives: Motivation to change time management, good habits, balance, and structure in life. After exploring all different wellness dimensions and figuring out our current state. This workshop will focus on setting SMART goals to be more connected and satisfied in our lives. You will focus on your dimensions first, working together in a small group (zoom breakout rooms) to improve each size. At the end of the presentation, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of wellness and connectivity, choosing the dimension to enhance personal wellbeing.
